Compare AI roleplay training platformsSide by side, fact by fact. With a source for each.

Compare The Reflection with the platforms L&D, HR and sales enablement teams ask us about. Every fact about another vendor links to that vendor’s own public page and carries the date we checked it.

The Reflection is one of the vendors compared on these pages. We sell it, so read every comparison with that in mind, and check the sources yourself.

How we compare

Eight criteria. The same on every page.

We only compare what serves the same job: helping people practice workplace conversations and helping L&D see who is ready. Each page puts these criteria in one table, then lists other platforms with their prices as published.

  1. 01

    Use cases

Which teams and conversations the vendor says the product is built for.

  2. 02

    Conversation formats

Voice, video avatars or text chat with the AI character.

  3. 03

    Scenario series with memory

Whether the AI character remembers an earlier conversation and picks up from it.

  4. 04

    Session review

What people get after a session: a score, the transcript, comments tied to the exact moment.

  5. 05

    Your own documents

Whether the AI character answers from your products, catalogs and policies.

  6. 06

    Languages

How many languages the vendor states for practice, as published.

  7. 07

    Integrations

LMS standards, single sign-on, CRM and AI connectors, and the plans they come with.

  8. 08

    Free access

Whether you can try the product without paying, and how.

How we check a fact

Five steps behind every line. Nothing taken on trust.

The same rules apply to what we write about our own product: every claim about The Reflection links to our own pricing, product or trust page.

  1. 01

    Collect

Only from the vendor’s own public pages: website, pricing, help center, trust and privacy pages. No review sites, no third-party price estimates.

  2. 02

    Keep the evidence

A dated screenshot and an archived copy of every page we cite, so each fact can be shown as it stood on the check date.

  3. 03

    Publish with a source

Each fact gets a link to its page and the check date. If a vendor does not publish something, the table says so.

  4. 04

    Recheck every quarter

Vendors change plans and prices often. Every page is checked again at least once a quarter and shows its new date.

  5. 05

    Correct on request

Anyone, including the vendors compared, can report an error. We verify it against the public page and update the line.

What you will not find here

No rankings. No borrowed logos.

  • Scores, stars or a winner

Each page says when another product is the better fit, and when ours is.

  • Logos or screenshots of other products

Names only. Trademarks belong to their owners.

  • Estimated prices

A price appears only if the vendor publishes it.

  • Paid placement or affiliate links

No vendor pays to be listed, and no link earns us a commission.

Corrections

Found a fact that is out of date?

Write to us with the page and the line. Vendors are welcome to do the same. We check the public source and update the page with a new date.

FAQ

About these comparisons. Answered plainly.

Why does a vendor publish comparisons with its competitors?

Because buyers compare anyway, and they ask us how we differ. Writing it down with sources is more useful than a sales claim, and each page says plainly where another product fits better.

How do you choose which platforms to compare?

By what buyers ask about: the platforms that come up in our sales conversations and in searches for AI roleplay training. The list grows as new platforms come up.

How current are the facts?

Each page shows its check date. We recheck every page at least once a quarter, and sooner when a vendor changes its pricing or plans.

Can a vendor ask for a correction?

Yes. Write to mail@thereflection.io with the page and the line. We verify the change on the vendor’s public page, update the fact and the date, and keep the evidence.

Are the comparisons available in French?

Not yet. The comparisons are in English for now, and the French site links to the English pages.

Compare on your own scenario. Then decide.

Bring one real conversation your team struggles with. We will run it on the call, and you can judge the scoring for yourself.
