Integrations: LMS (SCORM, xAPI), SSO and MCPPractice opens from your LMS. Results come back to it.
LMS integration works with any LMS through SCORM 1.2 / 2004 and xAPI. Import the SCORM package into your LMS, or send learning records to your LRS through xAPI. Employees sign in with SSO, and the analytics reach your corporate AI through an MCP connector. Here is what connects today, and how.

What connects today
Six connections. Each with its status.
No list of logos. If your LMS imports SCORM 1.2 or 2004 courses, the package works in it. If you run a learning record store, xAPI sends every result there.
| Integration | How it works | Plan | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| LMS · SCORM 1.2 and 2004 | A SCORM package built for your organization, with your scenarios. Upload it to your LMS like any course; completion and score come back to the LMS. | Enterprise | Available |
| LMS · xAPI | Each conversation is sent to your learning record store as an xAPI statement with its result. | Enterprise | Available |
| SSO · SAML | Employees sign in with their company account through your identity provider. | Enterprise | Available |
| MCP connector | Chat with or pull any analytics straight into your own corporate AI. | Enterprise | Available |
| Reports and exports | A built-in AI assistant can compile custom reports and exports. | Available | |
| CRM integration | Connects The Reflection to the CRM your teams already work in. Tell us which one you use, and we confirm the setup on a call. | Enterprise | Available |
How LMS integration works
A package built for you. Uploaded like any course.
- 01
We build the package
Your scenarios and criteria, in a SCORM package built for your organization. There is no catalog of ready-made modules.
- 02
You add it to your LMS
Upload it like any other course and assign it to a group, a role or an onboarding path.
- 03
Learners practice
They launch the scenario from the LMS and talk to the AI character by voice, on a laptop or a phone.
- 04
Results come back
Completion and score go back to the LMS. With xAPI, every conversation is also recorded in your LRS.
The course lives in the LMS
The LMS launches the scenario and receives completion and score. SCORM is the most widely supported format, with nothing else to set up.
Every conversation, recorded
Each roleplay is sent as a statement to your learning record store: who, which scenario, result, duration. Useful when you analyze learning data outside the LMS.

}MCP connector
Ask your corporate AI about practice results. It answers from the data.
The MCP connector lets your company’s AI assistant chat with or pull any analytics from The Reflection: scores by team, skill gaps, who practiced what. No export, no new dashboard to learn.
Which sales team improved most on objection handling this quarter?
Team North improved most: objection handling went from 58 to 74, based on 212 roleplays. Team West is flat at 61; most of its reps skip the question after the objection.
Assign Team West the price objection scenario for next week.

Book a demoOne sign-in, managed by your IT team
Employees sign in with their company account through your identity provider over SAML. When someone leaves and their company account is closed, they can no longer sign in. Enterprise plan.
Where the data lives
The platform is hosted in the EU or the US, in the region you choose, with a data processing agreement signed with every customer. Trust and security.
Which LMS do you integrate with?
Any LMS, through SCORM 1.2 / 2004 and xAPI. The SCORM package is imported like any course, and xAPI sends results to your learning record store. We don’t publish a list of named integrations: if your LMS imports SCORM, the package works in it.
What is an LMS link?
The link a learner opens from a course in the LMS to start the content. With The Reflection, the course is a SCORM package: the learner opens it in the LMS and the roleplay starts, then the result goes back to the LMS. With xAPI, it is also recorded in your LRS.
What are the top 5 LMS systems?
Rankings change with company size and industry, so we don’t rank them. For AI roleplay what matters is SCORM support, which most corporate LMS have, plus a learning record store if you want xAPI records. Check your LMS import settings for SCORM 1.2 or 2004.
Do you have a catalog of ready-made SCORM modules?
No. Each package is built for your organization, with your scenarios, your criteria and your language.
SCORM or xAPI: which one should we use?
SCORM if you need completion and a score in the LMS, with the least setup. xAPI if you also want every conversation recorded in a learning record store for your own analysis. You can use both.
Which plan includes integrations?
Enterprise: SSO and SAML, LMS and CRM integration, the MCP connector and a self-hosted option. See plans.
