Second Nature does not publish prices. Its own comparison with Hyperbound (opens in a new tab) says: “Neither vendor publishes standardized pricing; both quote based on team size, features, and customization.” Its enterprise page (opens in a new tab) lists “pricing options for your use case” among what its demo covers, as checked on October 18, 2026. The Reflection publishes its Team plan: $19 per user per month with voice characters, or $38 with video avatars, billed annually, and every team can try it free for 14 days.
Is there a free version of Second Nature AI?
We found no free plan on its site on October 18, 2026. Its home page (opens in a new tab) offers free sample role plays to try, each with a “Try Now” button. The Reflection offers a 14-day free trial: request access through the demo form.
Where does Second Nature AI store data?
Its FAQ (opens in a new tab) says all data is stored in a Google Cloud Platform data center in the Netherlands, with AES-256 encryption at rest and in transit. The Reflection hosts each customer in the EU or the US, in the region it chooses; in the EU, on Microsoft Azure in the France Central region.
