Reimagining corporate learning

The Reflection was founded in France in 2024 by a team of practitioners with deep expertise in corporate learning, talent assessment and organisational development.  Our core team brings more than 15 years of experience inside large multinational corporations (including Mars) and over 10 years in consulting and people assessment. We have designed, scaled and measured soft-skills and leadership programmes for thousands of employees across sales, frontline and management populations.  We are obsessed with evidence. We invest heavily in validation studies and rigorous measurement — because we believe skills only matter when you can see them improve.

We built The Reflection because we repeatedly saw the same gap: companies invest heavily in training, yet struggle to turn knowledge into consistent behaviour change at scale — and to prove the impact.  Today we work with L&D and Enablement teams across Europe, the US, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific, helping them give every employee a safe, skills-based and measurable way to practise the conversations that actually drive performance.

Our Vision

We believe the future of corporate learning is not more content — it is deliberate, measurable practice at scale. Our vision is to make high-quality behavioral practice as accessible and data-driven as knowledge training is today. Every employee should be able to rehearse the conversations that matter, receive objective feedback, and demonstrably improve — anytime, anywhere.
