Trust & Security

The Reflection is built for enterprise L&D teams who need to trust both the data and the AI behind their training platform. Here's how we handle privacy, AI governance, and regulatory alignment.

Data & Privacy
-> No training on your data. Your prompts, completions, and content are never used to train any AI model — ours or our infrastructure providers'.
-> Zero data retention. Data is processed in real time and is not stored in persistent logs beyond what's needed to deliver the service.
-> Enterprise-grade infrastructure. Built on Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service, with data isolation between customers.
-> GDPR-compliant, DPA available. We sign a Data Processing Agreement with every enterprise customer.

AI Governance
-> Human-in-the-loop by design. Every AI evaluation can be reviewed by the client's own subject-matter experts, layering human judgment on top of AI feedback.
-> No black-box scoring. Every evaluation is generated against the client's own corporate standards, with clear, traceable reasoning behind each score.
-> Scoring consistency, measured. Clients can compare AI evaluations against blind expert assessments in real time. Full session transcripts are stored and available for audit, including bias review.
-> Continuous risk mapping. We review our product against the AI Act's risk categories on an ongoing basis and adapt as regulation evolves.
-> Client AI literacy. We train every client team on how to configure and govern the platform responsibly — not just how to use it.

Our Vision

We believe the future of soft skills training lies in realistic practice, not theory. Our vision is to empower every team to develop leadership, communication, and emotional intelligence through immersive, AI-powered simulations — anytime, anywhere.
