In short
  • These terms cover this website only. Use of The Reflection platform is governed by a separate agreement with your company.
  • You may read, share links to and print pages for your own use. Copying our content for other purposes needs our permission.
  • Website content is general information. What your company gets is set out in its offer and agreement.
  • French law applies.

01What these terms cover

These terms apply to everyone who visits thereflection.io. By using the website, you accept them. They do not cover The Reflection platform: a company that buys it signs a separate agreement with us, and that agreement governs the service.

02Who runs the website

The website is run by THE REFLECTION SAS, a French company. Its registered details and host are in our legal notice.

03Using the website

You may use the website to learn about The Reflection and to contact us. You agree not to:

  • use it in a way that breaks the law or the rights of others;
  • try to get unauthorized access to the website, its server or the data on it, or disrupt how it works;
  • send false information or someone else’s details through the demo request form.

04Intellectual property

The texts, images, videos, logos, the name The Reflection and the design of this website belong to THE REFLECTION SAS or are used with permission of their owners, and are protected by intellectual property law.

You may view pages, share links to them and print or save them for your own use or for evaluating The Reflection inside your company. Any other copying, adaptation or distribution needs our written permission. Names and trademarks of other companies belong to their owners.

05Information on the website

The website describes our products in general terms. We aim to keep it accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that every page is complete, current or free of errors, and we may change it at any time without notice. Features, prices and conditions for your company are those in the offer and agreement we sign with it.

Role-play scenarios, the characters in them and the examples in our articles are illustrations. Articles are general information, not legal or professional advice for your situation.

The website links to websites we do not control, such as sources we cite and services we use. We are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your data; their own terms and policies apply.

07Liability

To the extent the law allows, THE REFLECTION SAS is not liable for loss that results from using this website or relying on its content, or from the website being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

08Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The version on this page applies from the date at the top.

09Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Disputes about them go to the competent French courts, unless mandatory rules of the country where you live say otherwise.
